These are amazing buns to have with home made burgers
375g strong white bread flour
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 table spoon sugar
150 ml milk
Mix together and knead for about 10 minutes. I tend to use a dough hook on a mixer.
Allow to double in size before shaping into rolls and snipping the top
Glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds as desired
