Most meatballs use raw meat, this uses pre cooked which means it is an excellent way of using up bits of chicken from the Sunday Roast or even excess Christmas turkey.
Blend together cooked chopped chicken, fresh breadcrumbs, 1 egg, fresh coriander, salt, dried coriander and cumin, clove of garlic and fresh chilli in a food processor. Make into balls or patties and then shallow or deep fry until golden
Serve with a Raita of yoghurt, grated cucumber and minced garlic
