Marmalade Baked Gammon

Boil the Gammon with an onion, carrot and celery.
Keep the liqour for soup
Make the marinade, soft dark brown sugar, mustard and marmalade.
Cut the fat into diamond shapes
Coat the gammon in the marinade.
Bake in the oven contiunally basting and if necessary adding some of the liquor.
Bake for about an hour and whilst cooling continue to baste until cold
