Pork and Apple Sausage Rolls

Take sausage meat and mix with apple sauce.
Roll out ready made puff pastry.
Divide the pastry into three strips and add a roll of the sausage meat mixture to each roll.
Use an egg wash to seal and then egg wash the top.
cook for 15 minutes at about 150-180 depending on your oven.
best eaten fresh out of the oven
