Soda Bread

Use the buttermilk from the butter recipe. Should be around 300ml
Take 1 lb of flour I use half whole meal and half white, but choose what toy want.
Add 1 teaspoon of each bicarb, cream of tartare, salt and sugar.
Add the buttermilk, mix and shape.
Cut the top

Takes about 30 minutes in a medium oven
Should sound hollow when tapped on the base if it is cooked properly
