Toffee Popcorn

This recipe uses 100g of everything, which makes a huge amount, but you can scale it down.

100g popping corn with 1 1blsp oil. On a high heat pop all the corn.
For the sauce 100g of butter, soft brown sugar and syrup. Melt gently then simmer until reduced slightly.
Add half the sauce to the popped corn mix ,then add the remainder and mix again
